Temperature forcing system for fast and precise thermal conditioning of components, parts, hybrids, modules, subassemblies and printed circuit boards. Capable of ultra-low temperatures without the use of LN₂ or LCO₂.

-60°C to +200°C

Transition Rate:
-40°C to +150°C, approx. ≤15 sec
+150°C to -40°C, approx. ≤35 sec
